At Alexa Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@alexashop.site with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period, please first check your bank or credit card account. Then contact your payment provider. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@alexashop.site for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or clearance status. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
