All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary during high-demand seasons or due to unforeseen delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout if applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor the progress of your shipment online at any time.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property and with neighbors. If it still cannot be located, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date so we can investigate further.
